Benefits

RehabCare is proud to offer our full and part-time employees a benefits program that is both flexible and competitive and is geared towards a healthier, balanced life.

Our employees receive a Health Care plan that fits the unique needs of different lifestyles and includes coverage for medical, dental, vision and pharmacy services. We also offer Flex Spending Accounts. Additionally, life insurance and short and long-term disability coverage options are available. RehabCare also provides employees with a Paid Time Off (PTO) benefit that blends time off for vacation, holidays, illness, etc. into one flexible system with additional time off offered for certain events such as the death of an immediate family member. Retirement savings are offered via 401K plans. These are just a few of the benefits offered to our employees — there are a variety of additional benefits available from wellness plans to referral bonuses based on individual positions and locations. QualityWISE Newsletter

Each month, we will keep you informed about everything QualityWISE related, including our new Quality Assurance systems, updates on best practices related to quality and compliance, and information related to the Corporate Integrity Agreement (CIA) into which RehabCare recently entered with the Office of the Inspector General of the Department of Health and Human Services (OIG). Our goal is to provide you information related to these important topics, and in a way that’s easy for you to access and apply to your daily work.
