RehabCare supports students and new graduates through the following programs:
Tuition Reimbursement
Opportunity U, our tuition reimbursement program, rewards hardworking therapy students who begin their careers at RehabCare. Opportunity U helps you save on tuition costs by one of two ways:
Tuition Assistance
If you’re in your final two years of schooling, you may be eligible for up to $5,000 in tuition assistance each year – for a maximum of two years. Payments are made directly to your institution at the beginning of each semester, with a maximum allocation of $2,500 per term.
Tuition Forgiveness
If you’re a new graduate, you may be eligible for up to $10,000 in tuition forgiveness. With this option, we help you pay off existing college loans with a lump-sum payment.
Your participation in Opportunity U means that a job awaits you upon graduation. We ask that you work full-time for RehabCare one year for each year of financial assistance we provide or relative to the amount of monies granted if you receive tuition forgiveness.
Opportunity U is available to students who are either currently enrolled in or are recent graduates of an accredited degree program for physical therapy, physical therapist assistants, occupational therapy, occupational therapy assistants or speech-language pathology. Clinical Education Sites
Our clinical education sites (CES) provide a quality internship experience for future clinicians. Our unit staffs are well prepared to support you with a structured program focused on helping you build your skills as a therapist. In affiliation with some of the country’s leading therapy schools, programs are available in a variety of settings across the U.S. For more information or to check availability in your area, contact Campus Relations. AIM (Advise, Inspire, Mentor)
Our mentoring program, AIM, pairs new graduates with seasoned professionals to help them learn first-hand about their profession, the work environment and the culture of RehabCare.
