RehabCare Freestanding Rehabilitation Hospitals are equipped to treat patients with complex physical and cognitive problems and are designed to provide a home-like environment that promotes healing and a return to independence. The goal of a rehabilitation hospital is to provide its patients the treatment and education needed to return home as quickly as possible.
Each hospital provides its patients with a multidisciplinary team of highly trained professionals whose main focus is to help patients reach their highest level of function. Our hospital teams include a Medical Director, Rehabilitation Nurses, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists and Case Managers. Other members of the team can include a dietician, a psychologist, a pharmacist and respiratory therapist.
Many of our rehabilitation hospitals provide outpatient services, which also includes a team of physical, occupational and speech therapists.
