MeadowBrook Specialty Hospital provides patients with guidance, education, support and motivation in achieving the highest level of functional independence.  We focus on a team approach involving patients, their families, and MeadowBrook Specialty Hospital specialists to design an effective plan in targeting the specific needs of each patient. The extensive services and experienced staff members of MeadowBrook Specialty Hospital work to provide a superior healthcare environment.

We are a freestanding 60-bed Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (“LTACH”) offering specialized inpatient programs. Our experienced team provides individualized medical and therapeutic services tailored to meet the needs of individuals who are physically challenged and/or cognitively impaired.
