MeadowBrook is a freestanding 60-bed Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (“LTACH”) offering specialized inpatient programs. Our experienced team provides individualized medical and therapeutic services tailored to meet the needs of individuals who have complex medical conditions which require a continuation of acute care in a longer term hospital. Our specialized nursing care, 24-hour physician coverage and access to a comprehensive range of specialists help our patients achieve recovery from critical illnesses and conditions and achieve maximum level of functional ability.
