For 18 years, Clear Lake Rehabilitation Hospital has been the premier freestanding rehabilitation hospital serving residents in the southeast Houston Bay Area. We are a licensed, accredited 60-bed specialty hospital providing comprehensive inpatient and outpatient physical medicine rehabilitation programs. Our rehabilitation services focus on patients that have become weakened or disabled from an acute illness, injury, or disease. The goal of our rehabilitation program is to provide evidence-based, quality care to help patients achieve a maximum level of independence and return home. With both inpatient and outpatient specialty programs, we are able to provide a comprehensive continuum of care by moving patients from one phase of care to the next as they progress.
