    RehabCare understands the importance of clinical education, and keeping our employees up to date, so we are excited to offer clinical education tools that are convenient, available 24/7, and accessible from the comfort of your own home! We are fortunate to be able to offer options for your access to on-line continuing education.

    RehabCare Employee/Therapist Portal

    These courses were developed by Rehab Clinical Services Team. They are free and terrific! The site provides you additional free options for earning your CEU credits and/or Contact Hours! Note: Not all courses have pre-approved CEUs

    Click on “Employee/Therapist Portal” located on the top middle of this page:

    • For new registrants, click on “Create Your Account Here” in the second paragraph.
    • To request an account, fill out the required information including:
      • Your 6 digit Personnel Number (found on your Kindred pay stub).
      • The last 4 digits of your SSN.
      • Your state license information, if applicable (or select “Not Licensed”).
    • You’ll receive two emails - one with your new username and one with your temporary password.
    • Use the link in the email to sign on. You will be prompted to enter a new password.
    • You will find a number of different selections and courses in the portal where you can start earning your free credits!

    If you have an existing account that isn’t working, it may be that the account is inactive, you need a password reset or it’s using an old email address. If you have not accessed your account in 120 days it will become inactive. Contact Customer Support at the phone number below for assistance.

    Develop U

    Develop U is an online resource for clinical training in which we partnered with an external resource for CEUs (Care2Learn) for a fee. This site offers employees CEU courses at dramatically reduced rates – $199/yr. This fee is a PCA account eligible expense for which you can be reimbursed. Earn CEU credits from any computer at any time that is convenient. Develop U can be accessed at: http://rehabcare.care2learn.com.

    Logging in:

    • Your logon id is: First Name Initial + Last Name Initial + 6 digit Personnel Number (found on your paystub) followed by @rehabcare.com. Example: ab123456@rehabcare.com 
    • The Password is: RehabCare1 (case sensitive) – Since this will be the password for everyone on initial login, we strongly suggest you change this after your first login to protect your purchase.
