Its true that calucim is really good for bones, but if you're sedentery then its not gonna help you a whole lot.But if you get your calucim and vitamins from healthy foods, and you get your cardio weight training- esp. weight training as you get older- then you're going to be pretty well off. And its not just to fight osteoperosis, look at how a healthy diet and exercise helps lots of other health issues.
