Jon Rousseau has served as Executive Vice President of Kindred and President of RehabCare since April 2015. Mr. Rousseau has served as President of Kindred’s Care Management Division, which included Kindred at Home, since July 2013. Prior to joining Kindred, Mr. Rousseau was Vice President of Global Marketing, Vice President of North America Marketing, led major strategic initiatives, and co-led the branded business unit for Mylan Inc. (NASDAQ:MYL), one of the largest specialty pharmaceutical companies. Previously, he worked for Medtronic, Inc. (NYSE:MDT), the world’s leading medical device maker, leading a specialized business line and business development efforts. Mr. Rousseau worked at Friedman, Fleischer and Lowe, a leading private equity firm, and in investment banking and mergers and acquisitions at Morgan Stanley. Mr. Rousseau earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Princeton University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Jason Zachariah is Senior Vice President of Hospital Rehabilitation Services for RehabCare. Jason has been with Kindred Healthcare, the parent company of RehabCare, since 2006. He served as Kindred’s Chief Operating Officer for the Southwest District, which included 17 long term acute care hospitals (LTACH). Jason helped lead the acquisition integration of a large LTACH system in Southern California, drove initiatives to reduce hospital re-admissions, and significantly improved quality benchmarks across his portfolio. Prior to that, Jason served as Chief Executive Officer at Kindred Hospital South Florida – Ft. Lauderdale, and before that as Assistant Administrator at Kindred Hospital Chicago North. Prior to his time with Kindred, he held International Business Development and Management positions with Abbott Laboratories and Sales and Marketing positions with GlaxoSmithKline. He holds a BS from Duke University and a MS and MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
Jim Douthitt has more than 20 years of progressive experience in healthcare finance and operations. Prior to RehabCare, Mr. Douthitt held executive-level positions with several major healthcare organizations, including Hospital Physician Partners (formerly Sterling Healthcare), Alliance Care Home Health, Kindred Healthcare (formerly Vencor, Inc.) and Horizon Healthcare and Alliant Healthcare Services.
Phillip J. Keller is Senior Vice President, Finance, for RehabCare. Phillip came
to RehabCare with more than 26 years of financial and accounting experience,
including serving as Senior Vice President, Finance at PharMerica Corporation,
an institutional pharmacy services company, which services healthcare facilities
and provides management pharmacy services to hospitals. Phillip also served
as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of BioScrip, Inc. and
Chief Financial Officer of DMI Furniture, Inc. He is also a member of the Board
of Directors for First Financial Service Corporation.
Marty Mann is Senior Vice President, Business Development, of Hospital Rehabilitation Services for RehabCare. He is focused on developing client relationships for management, consulting and joint venture partnerships with hospitals and health systems throughout the country. Prior to joining RehabCare in 2004, he was Vice President of Sales for Cardinal Health and served as Vice President of Sales at CIC Corp., a provider of maintenance risk management for high-tech capital equipment in the healthcare market. He has over 24 years of healthcare sales and consulting experience.
Jeff Pickering is Vice President of Sales/Business Development, Skilled Nursing Rehabilitation Services, for RehabCare. Prior to joining RehabCare, Jeff was Vice President of Business Development with Cogent Healthcare, a leading provider of hospital medicine programs and services across the country. In 2007 he led the sales and business development activities of AllianceCare, a senior services company. He has also held leadership roles at MedAssets and Novation.
Glenda Mack is Divisional Vice President, Clinical Operations with a primary focus on regulatory support and appeals as well as student programs and clinical affiliation. She has been with the company since 1997 and previously served as Senior Director of Claims, Audits and Regulatory Affairs. Glenda has achieved expertise throughout her career by becoming a Certified Wound Specialist and Certified Lymphedema Therapist. She has been a clinical leader in the industry, supporting care for medically complex patients and patients with pulmonary conditions.
Matt Sivret is Divisional Vice President of Clinical Services for RehabCare. Matt has been with Kindred Healthcare and RehabCare since 1994. As Divisional Vice President, Matt oversees clinical performance and programming for both the HRS and SRS divisions of RehabCare. Before joining the clinical team, he served as a program director and area director of operations for RehabCare. He is a physical therapist with experience in the settings of acute care, home health, inpatient rehabilitation and long-term care.
